We spent a joyful and exiting afternoon with Idan in Budapest at Mega Challa Bake- where he taught 250 participants how to make various types of challah. In celebration of Lag BaOmer, we even braided a flame-shaped challah together. Idan is not only a marvelous baker but also an incredibly kind person. We thank this wonderful event EMIH- Association of United Hungarian Jewish Congregation We invited Idan The Challa Prince to do 2 challah bake workshops in The European Jewish Center Paris in May 28 and 29.
