120 minutes | Required equipment according to the number of participants – a work space or meeting room with tables that can be worked on, a mixer for preparing the dough.
The preparation of the dough will be in your office kitchen or any relevant space you allocate for this. (According to the Jewish law, it is forbidden to move dough from place to place) – In order to prepare the dough, a mixer is required that can be rented and transported to the space. Idan will provide the baking materials for all participants including dough, baking paper, wrapping paper, personal aluminum trays. Up to 50 participants will require one assistant – Preparation time before the activity (about two hours)
At the beginning of the activity, each participant will receive a bag with dough ready for rolling and baking.
15 minutes – Idan's personal introduction about his work
15 min – demonstration in a bowl
5 min – demonstration of the dough prepared in advance and explains about the division into balls
50 min – "Now you divide!" Everyone's own work with Idan's help and guidance
30 min – returning to Idan's balls that have swelled in the meantime, Idan demonstrates braiding a whole challah (two options to choose from)
30 – 40 minutes optional – demonstration of other braiding styles selected in advance
